Off brand of a CRT

I'm thinking of getting a 21in CTX from a friend. Anyone heard of this brand before? What kind of quality can I expect?
Spec page I'm guessing at the model number, so this is just to give people an idea.

I've used some CTX monitors before; they weren't bad, but I'm not sure if they were that good. They weren't mine, so they could have been adjusted badly.
