When buying a HD OEM off the egg, what DOESN'T it come with that I will need? I heard it does not come with screws, that true? I know my Asus board comes with SATA cables, just do not want to order a HD that then requires me to go and pick up other random bits and pieces from say frys.

First off, they are not OEM drives, they are bare drives. They are just that, the bare drive, they come with nothing. You will need screws, a sata cable, and possibly a converter cable for the power depending on your psu.
