Hi I just purchased a huge Thermaltake case with a 250 mm fan, 1 front fan, 1 back fan, 1 top fan, 1 hd fan. A Freezer Pro 7 with Artic Silver and I am stuck at around 30 for temps on all my cores of my Q6600? What the hell is going on? I can't overclock with this can I?

30 is a perfectly acceptable temp - you want to keep your temps around 60 to low 60s max under load.

stop trolling, if you're smart enough to measure temperature per core on a quad core, im sure you're smart enough to know that 30 temp on a quad core is very good.

Sorry I think I have been looking at the extreme cooling systems too much where they are like "Yeah I'm running at 16 C idle no big deal".
