• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Oddest phenomenon...

I'm totally stumped as to an issue I'm having.

I just built a new rig in October, and it's been great. However recently I'm having a problem. The issue is that randomly, it seems like my mouse is rapidly clicking repeatedly. This issue typically occurs when I come back from the PC sleeping. So as an example I'll click on something and it just goes crazy. I have to restart the machine and then all is well.

I would say it could be a hardware problem, but given that restarting fixes it, I feel like it has to be software.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried a different mouse?

Have you tried plugging your mouse into a different USB port?

What happens if you unplug your mouse when this is happening?
