I might be overthinking this, but I wonder if maybe I used too much paste

Do these temps look normal for stock, I am concerned about the fluctuation at idle
I left my PC alone at stock speeds for an hour and these are the idles, the max looks odd I see it just jump from like 28 to 40 degrees and back in a second,

Should I take the heat sink off, clean and reinstall?
idle @stock

and this is at 100% CPU utilization after 6 minutes

I am happy with the temps at load so I am thinking this is okay, but looking for some other opinions
6700K @ stock with Noctua NH-U12S 2 fans

get the cpu utilization screenshotted too.even at idle, the cpu might be doing work for background OS operations.

what paste did you use and what was your application method?

Looks normal to me. Mine is doing the same with one core, from 30 to 45. And it jumps from 800MHz to 2000MHz for a split second. I'm using RealTemp 3.70.

thanks, yeah I see the same the computer jumps a core from 800 to whatever and I see temps follow real quick. Just want to make sure I didnt miss anything
