Odd soundblaster problem with 4.1

Initially my 4.1 was working a while ago but just completely stopped all of a sudden. The weird part is that when I go into the soundblaster speaker set up, it identifies each speaker (plays audio through them) yet iTunes, games, etc. will not broadcast through those rear speakers (use to). I set the windows sound manager to play quadraphonic (4.1).

Using Klipsch 4.1 speakers with a sound blaster audigy.

Anyone?
