Just recently my left clicks are sometimes acting as double clicks. Are the drivers corrupted? It seems to be worse when Im navigating thru a winamp playlist or pics in a directory. I've tried playing with the mouse settings in both the control panel and tweak UI and nothing seems to help. I've tried disabling "detect accidental double clicks" which also did not help.

Is my mouse hosed?
 
hard to say. i doubt it is a driver issue. i had a similar problem and it was the mouse itself. i took my canned air to it and cleaned it up and now it works fine. when you use it, do you pick it up off the surface and "plop" it back down a lot? a friend of mine is pretty rough with his mouse and he doesnt even realize it. anyway, try to clean it out if you can.
