That's funny. At one of the local malls here, the speed limit posted on the circle is 17mph - always good for a laugh.
 
The wife and I stayed at the "Das Dutchmen Essenhaus" in Indiana not too long ago and the speed limit for their parking lot is 19MPH. I have a pic of the sign, was one of the highlights of the trip. (Yes, we are easily amused.)

If I remember right, there is a grocery store in Delaware that is open 25 hours a day. There used to be a towing company in town that advertised 24 1/2 hour service.

Yea the old apartment I used to live at at a 17mph, it was a custom one made in wood.
