Odd issue with Cisco WAP4410N

So I have a WAP4410N and use the multiple SSIDs to create a guest network and a private network. Both get assigned to there own VLAN ID 30 and 40. The admin VLAN is set to 1. The WAP is connected to a Cisco 300G switch and the port is config for Trunk.

Here is the thing no matter what I set the VLAN ID to for the first SSID in the list of a possible 4 SSIDs the data from that SSID traffic is untagged. Obviously that is a problem if I want the data tagged either VLAN ID 30 or 40.

I currently have a workaround HACK. That is to put a bogus SSID in the 1st config slot that no one uses. However not only does this open me up slightly more for an attack but is just dumb.

Wondering if anyone else using this hardware has seen this behaviour.
