Odd frame times on gpu?

Normally my gtx 460s are pretty consistent at 1:38-1:42/frame
Lately, however, I've been noticing things like this:

Huge spike in tpf from 1:40 to 3:22, and the gpu-usage graph on afterburner is all over the place.

The tpf on the -bigadv unit running also went up ~30-40 seconds from its average.

If anyone has any ideas why, I'd love to hear them.
 
I have heard that the new driver sucks for folding....
