I have a strange issue that I was wondering if anyone might have an idea on. I have a MSI K7N2, that is non-delta. In it I run a Athlon 1600+ at anywhere from 1400 to 1650 Mhz or 133-199 FSB(nforce2 no ultra, so doesnt quite do 200 FSB). Its a great setup and overclocks like a champ, you would be suprised how fast a 1600 running at 199FSB is, but I have had a problem lately when I turn it on. I have to turn it on twice in order for it to boot. If I turn it on it won't post, I then turn it off and on again and it works fine. Runs any number of loops of PCmark or Doom, no problems.
I have tried everything, switched the power supply, the memory, the video card, no luck. It still takes 2 tries to power on. Is my board dying? Or possibly the CPU? I have been running it this way for over 2 years now, and was curious if this is the begining of its end.
To be honest its only slightly anoying, since it always works on the second try. I was just curious if anyone has had similar issues.
