Odd Computer on Network Browser (Vista)

So i open up my network today and i get this odd computer showing up.. no idea what it is..

I have all my computer's with the correct name and then i have this odd one that looks something like

BRW001F.....

i goto open it up and it says network path not found.

anyone have any idea or how i can find out who or what this is?

It's most likely your router with upnp enabled.

run a ping -t brw001f and run around the house unplugging network devices until it stops replying lol. I think my brother printer has a hostname that starts with BR and some other crap.
