Odd 9700np Prob w/ BF1942

Whenever I play BF1942 or any of its mods i can play for about 15 minutes before my video goes out and my system restarts. This doesnt happen in any other game, including far cry. Does anyone have a solution to this issue. Note: Card is flashed to 9700pro BIOS and is currently @ 279/273 but the problem would occur even @ stock speeds. Any solutions would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.
