Newegg is misleading. I looked at that PSU earlier today and it was $169.99 - $30 MIR = $139.99. So, don't assume you are getting $80 off. It still looks like a very good deal, but is only $40 off before the MIR.
 
Having just bought a 750w modular ocz psu, I'd highly caution anyone thinking about buying something similar from ocz. For my supply, not a single modular cable worked with the psu - I had to actually take spare cables from a corsair unit to get it up and running. I've read several other accounts of similar problems, though I guess if you are willing to RMA the unit or request new cables from ocz it might not be a big deal...
 
I bought this exact same PSU a few months ago under the same deal. It has been running beautifully ever since, no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend it, especially at this price!!
