ocz warranty question.

I was checking the authorized dealers for ocz warranty and i see that amazon is on there. My question is would the warranty still be valid if you bought a used ssd off amazon from an amazon fullfilled store.
 
Probably not. You could call OCZ and ask, but their warranty terms state:

I would think not. First it's a used drive, which isn't covered, and second, it's from a store that isn't on their approved list (just because they sell through Amazon doesn't mean it counts as sold by Amazon).

In any case, I wouldn't buy an OCZ drive because their customer service sucks.
