To any that have this power supply, Im thinking of getting a new case, and was wondering if anyone had problems with the length of the power cords? My current aerocool case has a design where the mobo is upside down so its easy to reach, so i was wondering if a normal case (Antec 300), if i would have trouble with this.

thanks for the help

Hi, the StealthXStream line has fairly short cabling. I don't have access to the case you mention, but it is a mid tower size standard ATX case. You should be OK form what I can tell. Extension cables are available online if you get in a jam.

Thanks! yea new case just came in and everything is perfect.

Now for a more tricky question! Im thinking of upgrading to the new i7 platform (Msi x58, 3gb Triple channel, i7 920). Think this psu would handle that? or should i upgrade to a more powerful psu to be safe?

If more info is needed, same components are gonna be used that im using now, 9800gtx, audigy 2 zs, etc

Your current PSU will handle an i7 rig with a single high-end video card. Any more than that and you'd be better off with a new PSU as well. Since you'd be keeping most of your current components, it would be okay to run everything off of the StealthXStream.

I agree, as long as you aren't going to add another video card or upgrade to some super power hungry video card in the future you should be OK.
