I use to have a ssd program for checking the number of cell cycles etc for my OCZ Agility drive.

Was named something along the lines of 'intelliux' anyone know the proper name of this program so I can download it again?

I remember it had an orange background when it opened.

Im still at 100% health on my 2 year old vertex 1. I dont see how this is possible but I never used it as a boot drive so perhaps thats why.
 
Unless the program is written by the manufacturer, I wouldn't trust the numbers. How is that program supposed to know how many writes are on which NAND cells when all that is handled by the drive controller directly? My guess is, they can't, and are just making up a number based on total writes or something. SSD Life says both my SSDs are still at 100%, and that's using them as boot drives (one in a server) for almost a year.
 
Does anyone besides Intel support that attribute? Googling it only return Intel related results.

The ssdlife website says this data is provided by the manufacturers, and that all major brands of ssds log this data. Dang so it probably won't work on my home-made SSD.

Yea but I defiantly don't trust that 100% life remaining. I used that thing as a windows XP boot drive for like 6 months.
