OCZ ram overclocking?

Ok well thanks to black friday I snagged some OCZ 2GB PC2 6400 DDR2 ram Gold revision 2, Timings are 4-5-5-15 stock at CL4. I am wondering how good are these sticks? And how do they do overclocked? I mean for $20 they were a steal and I plan to use them in my new C2D setup.

RAMlist says they're Powerchip... chips. Which doesn't really mean anything to me.

For $20, one can hardly complain.
