Is there any software about that will tell me what memory Winbond BH-5 or BH6 is being used on my OCZ PC3200 Platinum LTD Edition?

Is anyone using this memory and what sort of voltages and speed is it running at?

I want to overclock it but it seems to want a lot of voltage to overclock.

Did a quick google.... this is from OCZ.

I also believe they are BH6 IC chips and not the infamous BH5 (but I could be mistaken). All BH5 based sticks I have used in the past (all Mushkin PC-3500s) have been pushed to 3.1v - 3.4v and ran at 2-2-2-5-1T anywhere from 250MHz to 285MHz. I probably could have pushed them further, but had to drop latencies so 285 was as far as I pushed mine.

shoot them some e-mail, I'm sure they can help you determine the exact chips on that RAM... or maybe try searching the OCZ forums.

Good Luck
