OCZ Modstream and X-Qpack

I've been doing some reading/researching to make sure this PSU can fit in a qpack and I'm quite confused. A regular size ATX PSU is 140mm in depth while the OCZ Modstream is 160mm. I've seen pics of the Antec Neopower which is 20mm smaller and it looks pretty tight. Can anyone tell me for sure, if they built it or have a X-Qpack, that a 160mm PSU will fit.

P.S. The optical drive is Lite-On.
 
I am going to bump this as I would like to know also, I have 2 Lite-On Opticle Drives and the X-Qpack, I am currently running a Fortron 350 watt PSU but plan on upgrading to Dual Raptors so I will need alot more power. I also heard that a new PSU will be available soon, NeoHE anyone know where this is available and how it will fit into a X-Qpack with Dual Lite-on Drives, I would really like to buy a PSU that I can use for a while but I can only spend about $100 and I would like it to look good as well. I also thought about getting the OCZ Modstream and making my own cables, I could use those low Profile connectors and some sleeving to make it all look really good as I could have customize the length of the cable I need.
 
I was able to test fit the OCZ Modstream 520W PSU in my X-Qpack with a short Sony CDRW/DVD drive.

NOTE: The edges of the connectors from the molex plugs and the SATA plug are pressed tight against the back edge of the optical drive just leaving room for the wires to clear - it just barely fits! The 120mm fan shroud also makes tight contact with the chasis and could be removed for an easier fit.
 
even though the neopower is shorter, the modular connectors still stick out about 15mm thus giving a tight fit.
 
I have the NeoPower 480 in my XQPack, with a 'short' Sony Optical drive, and it's a 'tight' fit, but not dangerously tight to damage/kink the wires.
I also have a Modstream 520 (selling it) that I sat next to my NeoPower before I mounted it, and thought to myself, nope Modstream would be 'squeaky tight' if it fits... but according to the poster above, it can be shoe-horned in, surprises me.
 
Its honking big id doubt it fits but like said if you sqeeze hard enough. May I recommend the NeoHE 500 or 550.
 
I have a hiper 580 in my X-Qpack, its steel modulars make it probably one of the biggest PSU's out there, I bough a 1U 5.25 combo bay and bought a Pioneer k05 slimline notebook writer fits perfect.
 
im going to be putting my 450 watt MOdstream into my X-QPack. Been wanting to know if it would fit.
