Any one know if the cable on on the ozc modstream will be long enough to fit in the termaltake armor case? (just as big as a coolermaster stacker)

hmm...i tired to change the title, somethings up.

i might as well ask this or i might be sorry later.

The MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum uses Nvidias nforce4 chipset, im under the impression that ati cards should have no problems running on a nvidia chipset, thats correct isnt it? just want to make sure before i buy my parts.

and in case you were wondering these are the parts im concidering:

A64 X2 4400
OCZ modstream 520 or powerstream
2x1 Gig of crosair xms
Maxtor dimondmax 10 300gb sata 2
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
Thermaltake Armor Case

Yeah, the Nvidia chipet has no bearing on whether or not you use ATI as your videocard.

No worries. :)

Btw, I thought your mobo had SLI? Am I thinking of another MSI N4 board?

theres the sli version, but since that only works with nvidia and i have ati i wont be getting that.

Regarding the Modstream, I can't answer your question directly, but all the cables are very short and stiff. Very difficult for wire management (wasn't that a feature of modular PSUs  ).

i guess ill be going with this one link
supposed to be more reliable, ill choose performance over pretty cables

The SLI version of the Neo4 works with single ATI cards, just not 2x ATI cards in Crossfire mode.

I think the Modstream cables might be too short for the Armor.

Have you already ordered it? You can always sleeve your PSU yourself or get someone like Frozen to do it if you are concerned about DIY.
