OCZ Modstream 450W - advice?

What do you guys think of this PSU?

I'm going to be running:

- DFI lanparty NF4 Ultra-D
- AMD64 +3000
- Seagate 120GB 7200.7 Sata Drive
- Leadtek 6600GT
- I/O Magic DVD Burner Drive
- ASUS 50X Optical Drive
- Corsair 2X512mb TwinX PC 3200
- 2X 120mm case fans, HDD cooler, 2 tube lights, 2X 80mm case fans

I will be doing some mild overclocking.

Im going to have to ditch my Antec Truepower 380W cuz I dont think its going to cut it. Im kinda on a budget and this PSU is 40$ CDN cheaper on the site I order from than the antec neopower, so keep that in mind.

I was thinking about the same one, though I was torn between the ModStream450, ModStream520, and Antec's NeoPower480. I was going to get the Mod520, although I found several reviews that says that Cooler Master's RealPower450W has better stability across its voltages, and is only a little bit louder. Its disadvantages are that it is not modular, and it does not have the PCI Express connector- this is easy to make, or about $5-10 online. On the other hand, it has a nifty floppy-bay wattage readout. It also happens to be the cheapest.
 
Got the mod520 and love it, would defintly reccomend it to anyone, and its running the system in my sig
 
I was also thinking about the Modstream 520w, but I read somewhere (forgot the link) that it does not work with Lian Li cases, I thought this was odd. Can anyone confirm this? Or better yet confirm that it is not true.
