Specs below.

I am having problems ocing my rig. The best i get is about 2.4ghz(stock is 2.2ghz). Its a newcastle. I just got a new psu, Antec True430 26A on the 12+. I sould have enough power. I just dont know whats wrong... The DFI i have should get about 2.6ghz(average).
