ok so i had my comp running pretty good at 2.24 ghz ocing a 2600+, but when i wanted my fsb higher since it is pretty low now i went and changed the multiplier from 12.5x179 to 12x187(which is the same speed) and it wouldnt even boot up. What is the reason for this, i know the ram speeds increased but why would the computer not boot up, it runs fine on the other setting but the fsb is too low so what do i do?
