I've bought 7800gt, and i'm wondering how much can i overclock it without actually buying a cooler?

that depends on a lot of variables.

why don't you fire up rivatuner and find out?

1)increase core by 5-10 mhz increments, stability testing in between (or just use the ati tool auto-overclocking feature)
2)repeat with memory
3) enjoy
