I followed all the guides on here as close as possible. I have overclocked a few Intel systems before, but never AMD. I have never touched the multiplier before, so this process is somewhat new to me, although I understand it.

I found the max HTT's for the following:

Motherboard: 318
RAM: 285 (1:1)
CPU (with 11 multiplier): 255
CPU (with 10 multiplier): 280
CPU (with 9 multiplier): 310

CPU voltage : 1.50v
RAM voltage: 3.0v
Chipset voltage: 1.50v (stock)
Ht link voltage: 1.20v (stock)

The system is very stable when any one of these parts (RAM or CPU) is overclocked to the max. However, I can't run them both at speeds within their limits at the same time.

For example, I'll put the multiplier at 10 and the HTT at 280 and the memory divider at 1:1. According to the limits I found, this setting should work perfect. The system will post, but when it comes time to select a boot device it reboots. Even if I back the HTT down to 260, I still can't get into windows. However, if I go back to 280 and drop my multiplier 2 spots (RAM speed remains unchanged) it boots perfectly. Similarly, if I drop my memory divider significantly (CPU speed remains unchanged), the system boots fine as well.

My RAM and CPU both overclock great on their own, but when I try and run the system with both parts overclocked, it doesn't want to work.

try setting your ram to 2t.

Timings are 3-3-3-8, but they are stable at 2-2-2-5.

2T bears the same results.
 
OK, so I settled on a CPU speed of 2750mhz (305x9), and its running a memory divider of 1:2. My DDR500 ram is running at DDR300 speeds and the system is rock solid stable. If I increase my divider at all, even just slightly, the system won't boot into windows. Theres got to be some bios setting I'm not seeing. I've tried 2-2-2-5, 3-3-3-8, and 3-4-4-8. I've tried 1T and 2T. Theres a lot of DRAM settings that I don't understand and I'm guessing one of them needs to be adujsted.
 
Have you tried swapping the ram slots....from yellow to orange or vice-versa? Some ram works better in different slots with certain bios versions on the dfi boards.
 
I have same mobo and similar problems. I finally settled on having my 3200 at 2.6 w/260htt and 10 multi. Had to put RAM divider so my mem is running just below spec. If you figure this problem out let me know! :)
