OC'ing E6600: what settings/voltages?

Well, having received much help in another thread, I now have the E6600 in my hands, and would like to OC it properly.

I just need some advice as to what changes need to be made in this bios (and/or another program to OC - like the board's utilities?) to OC it, and what voltages for what clock speeds.

I'm running it on Intel's "Bad Axe" with a Zalman 9500 on the CPU and plenty of air cooling (7 120mm fans; NZXT case) - soon changing to the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme in a few days.

Anyone up for the advice/instructions?

I'm a hard-core gamer/multi-tasker, so looking to push it to reasonable levels, but it doesn't have to be "over-the-top".

I do build my own systems and have pretty good technical knowledge (just so you know I'll understand what you're talking about), and am more than familiar with working with the bios etc. But, since I've never bothered OC'ing any CPU, I'm not exactly sure what settings to change, and what to change them to.

I'm running Corsair XMS DDR2 800 (PC6400) RAM, 2GIGs.
I know RAM clocks are affected by OC'ing the CPU, and I know that's important (to have RAM to keep up with CPU).

But it's running @ 1:2 ratio - how do you change that? And should I, just in general?
In this bios, I've not been able to figure it out...
 
I have my E6600 week L628 @ 3.2 400x8 1.4v. I could push it to 3.4 or 3.6 but at those speeds i would need to bump the Voltage very high and in my opinion it is not healthy for a cpu. It just looks sweet where you have perfect numbers, 3200 8x400 1600 and ram 4:5 1000 :D

Push the Front Speed Bus from 267 and up, than see where you cant boot to Windows. After
than raise the voltage by .5 or .75.
It's pretty simple...
Just think where you would be comfortable with OCin your proc ;)

You change RAM settings in bios, just play in the bios, look around you should able to find it.
