Rumor has it that Windows x64 are more sensitive to overclocking than the 32-bit versions (on the same AMD64 CPUs).

Is anyone running a dual-boot system (Win x64 and x86) on an Athlon64 machine that can confirm/deny this?
 
Both editions of Windows are stable at the same overclock and reach instability at the same points, so I think they're pretty much equally sensitive.
