OCing 2500+ Mobile in Shuttle

How far can I push one of these in a shuttle? I'd like to get some decent speeds and I know they run cooler because they have lower wattages. I'm going to go with the Shuttle SN45G.

Should I just skip this idea and go with an NF7-S 2.0 and Antec Lanboy?

You can get a pretty good overclock on the NF7S , I'm not sure about the shuttle but they seem to be decent as far as overclocking goes. And the mobiles OC well anyway.

I would reccomend that mobo since the 13+ multipliers are unlocked without a wire trick, and would be alot easier to overlock with a mobile.

well.. i got my 35watt 2200+ mobile today... so i will be putting it in my sn41g2v2.. i will see how high i can get it on the stock fan and without cutting the honeycomb stuff out of the back at first.. then maybe change those things later if i feel the need to.

at any rate, i will be posting my results here, and putting them in my sig also..

also, get a 35 watt mobile... i was dumb and ordered at 2200 before seeing the 2400... but you should get able to get 2.6ghz on a 2400 35 watt barton.. they are $88 at the egg..

One of my friends Oc'ed a regular 2500+ to 3200+ speeds with no prob. in his SFF shuttle. Those heatpipes really work. I might suggest changing the stock 80mm fan in shuttle if the temps are too high. That usually helps and is more convenient than cutting off the wire mesh.

i got mine up and running...

i am at 2ghz.. 166x 12 @ 1.45 (1.424 according to cpu-z) 40 degrees C idle..
i put it up to 180 bus at above voltage and it wouldn't completely load into XP..

the motherboard is supposed to kick up the fan speed at 40 C, but i don't hear it... i might put the fan on max and see if i can get it to run at 35 or something... i also expect a decrease as the artic silver "burns in".. this is only after a few hours...

edit.. i played around with it a lot more last night.. i had it running at 2500 mhz.. i got the fsb up to 210.. even on the igp... also i don't know if my temps are right or not because i can't tell if mbm is set right, i think the cpu and case temps might be switched.. i think right now i got it sitting at 200 x 12 @ 1.65v and i will leave it like that all day... it was at 166 x 14 i think, all night long with "smart fan" on.. and i kept hearing the fan speed up for a second and then slow back down... and it sounded almost like a dying fan...
