I need a new motherboard for a P4.

My requirements:
No mods needed to help overclock.
Needs SATA Raid. (this can be left out if the mobo is really good for overclocking)
Supports AGP graphics card.

not quite, thats the normal ic7-g, i think he suggested the max2 because until recently newegg used to still have stock
 
Thanks. I just saw it on newegg and I'm about to order it. Should I be worried about the northbridge chip overheating? I read a couple reviews and they said its chip gets hot.
 
I have one of those in the spare machne and the northbridge runs nice and cool. Using that board I got a 2.4C up to 3.6 on stock voltage.
 
I have the IC7-MAX3 and I had my 2.4 @ 3.7 on watercooling 99% stable. I have scaled it back to 3.4 and it still screams.
