OC'ed E6700 lifespan longer than E6600?

I never was to OC but from what I see maybe it's time to change my mind . Anyway my question is. Do you think that E6700 because it has higher clock, he's lifespan when OC'ing might be longer that OC'ed E6600?

no. Voltage and heat is all that matters, not stock clockspeed. They are all the same architecture.
