Built the gf a new pc, Gigabyte DS3L with an E2180. Stock volts at 1.2875, but i used a stock E6700 intel heatsync since its quite a bit beefier than the stock one that came with the E2180.

Its got a fan/duct blowing right to the CPU, so its always getting fresh air from the room.

Its running at 2666....333x8, at stock volts, 1.2875.

Its idling at 25C-27C on both cores, however i think its only going that low because it bounces back and forth between 333x8 and 333x6, and orthos is loading it at 54C-57C after 30 min or so. Its running at 2666....333x8, at stock volts, 1.2875.

Not sure of ambient temp, but im gonna guess around 73F-75F.

Those temps are well within the safe range. You've got absolutely no problems, and you could probably take the CPU even higher as well.

Core Temp. I might bump it up to 3, but id prefer it to be rock solid and stable which it seems to be so far. Thanks for your opinions guys.
