I am running my 3.0c@3.7 on an Abit IC7-G and the temps fromt he abit eq are saying at idle 47c and at full load 56c are these temps a bit high considering it is around 25c in my room. I have a sp-94 witha panflo fan on it. if these temps are high any suggestion for lowering them. I also have tried with the side of my case on and off only a few degrees difference either way.

It depends what voltage you are running, and remember Abit readings are a bit high. Aslong as it is stable I wouldn't worry about it to much, aslong as it doesn't jump much higher then that.

Feel the side of the Thermalright and see if it's cool to the touch at idle. If it is, you're totally fine. Abit does report higher than normal temp readings.

I'm getting the same temps with my 3.0ghz @ 3.45 @ 1.57V. I'm using a Swiftech MCX4000 with a 92mm 58cfm Panaflo. I can raise my voltage to 1.6 @ 3.6ghz but the thermal throttling kicks in during benchmarking. I have tried reseating the hsf with no effect.
