OCCT questionable stability

Hello, my first post here^^

I have overclocked my E6400 to 3.2GHz from 2.1GHz. The temperature at load is 60c.
I am happy with this OC so I decided to use various stress testers.

The problem is that I ran:

  1. Orthos blend 12hrs
  2. Orthos small fft 12hrs
  3. Prime95 small fft 24hrs
  4. Prime 95 blend 24hrs
  5. Memtest HIC 8hrs (1600%)
STABLE/NO ERRORS

however! When I choose to run the latest stable release of OCCT (any of the tests) it runs for 5-7hrs and then completely freezes my system. By freeze, I mean it does not error, I just cannot move the mouse cursor or press anything on the keyboard. I have to turn off from the main switch to restart.

Surely prime95 and orthos AND memtest don't lie about my systems stability^^ I even ran them for extended periods of time. I just always get this big freeze with OCCT.

Do you think I'm unstable?

I think it's a bug or conflict with OCCT, because OCCT does not error + I pass the other major testing programs...-_- oh and also i cannot add vcore as temps do not allow it, currently at 1.41v
