Ocassional Freezing

I have been having this problem for a while so I was wondering if I could see if you guys can solve it. Almost every 10 seconds, my computer would freeze a little (freeze 1 second maybe) and then it will not freeze. It is annoying because I would be waiting for letters that I have typed to appear and it would sometimes freeze in the middle of typing and then after the freeze, the letters would appear.

I tried reinstalling windows but this problem keeps appearing. I am starting to think it is a problem with the hardware. I tried doing memtest86 on my ram and it came out clean.

Anyone had this problem and a fix?
 
What is your current build specs? Could be a Hard Drive problem

Most manufacturers tools are bootable ISOs, it's always better to test a drive outside of the OS it boots from, and and most will repair bad sectors or tell you in depth what is wrong with the drive

Thanks! I will consider it. I just changed added my spec to my signature to help everyone help me. :)
I have 4 hard drives (seagate and WD) and will see if it would fix the problem.
But I think it stopped when I disabled an addon that I always install on Firefox. I will see if this fix is just temporary.
I welcome to other suggestions too.
