OCable Laptop?

My friend is looking for a new laptop, his old Dell P4 is finally giving out. I was looking for an overclockable laptop, since C2D's OC like a mad man. Preferably less than $800 w/ 2-3GB DDR2 RAM. Anything other specs doesn't really matter.

There are very few overclockable laptops out there, and certainly not any for anything near $800. The closest you can get is getting a regular C2D laptop and pin-modding the CPU to run at a higher bus speed.
