OC Radeon 9600 Pro keeps crashing!?!

Hey everyone. I overclocked my Radeon 9600 Pro couple days ago and it has been really excellent! I haven't experienced any problems after the overclock, until tonight. Everytime I play an OpenGL game, it would freeze 20 to 30 minutes into playing the game. It would either show a black screen or show the same screen with some buzzing sound.

I'm not sure if it's caused by the overclock or not. I hope its not major enough that I have to revert back to default settings. However, it was running just fine for the past couple days. Please help! Any help will do. Thanks!
 
Similar problem with my 9800, I had it overclocked, and it would crash after 30 minutes or so on very select games. I mean, set it at stock, then try.
