NO, overclocking your computer will not allow you to download faster.
...Your computer doesn't download the stuff, it's your internet. I called up my Internet Service Provider and told them to OC my internet and now I download over 500 gigs in about 2 secs or sometimes 1.
You should try that. It worked for me and it will surely work for you

Kinda think this is a troll post... but...
Your CPU can DO more, but you're still limited by your internet connection... You could triple your CPU speed, but you're incoming internet line will still only let so much data pass.
