OC n00b needs some schooling

I'm a little new to OC thing, so I require some assistance with my most recent endeavors. I in front of me have a Shuttle SN41G2 V1, and AMD 2400+ Mobile, and a 512mb stick of Value Select Corsair 3200. Here is what I need help with. By default the multiplier for my cpu is set to 6x and since tey gay shuttle bios won't let me change that, the only other thing I can think of is painting bridges on the cpu. Need to know If I am correct in thinking that or if there's any other way of fixing it. Also, the mobo limits the Vcore to like 1.45, was wondering if that can be changed. Any help would be great...
 
that is nice, I dunno if i'd buy it though. Wouldn't fit with the stock shuttle heatsink.

Yeah, that's the problem with those sorts of things. Overclockers are the ones that want them, and yet the heatsink they include that fits probably isn't great for overclocking. I guess it would work with some heatsinks that use external mounts but other than that you might be out of luck.

I'm sure you can find some L2 painting guides if you google.
