OC guide available for P9X79 MB?

Is there an overclocking guide for this motherboard? I have an Asus P9X79 Pro and the rest of my hardware is listed in my sig.

I use my computer for video editing and with a mild overclock (130 x 33 = 4.2 GHz) I get crashing when transcoding (100% cpu load). I can run Prime95 for 2 hours and no crashes. My temps are 30°C at idle and 59°C when transcoding, so doesn't seem to be a heat issue. I suspect an incorrect memory setting, but memtest shows no errors.

There are several bios choices that I don't know what they are, so any help would be appreciated.

there is a download,manual, for your board at their website as well as bios updates effecting dram compatability

I have the manual, but the problem is it's not much help. That is, it lists all the options, and there are quite a few options, but there is no description of what each item does. It only lists the choices - like ENABLE, DISABLE.
