Quick question I can raise my pny 5700 ulra from 906 to 1000 stablely what is this doing..anything? Shall I see any higher fps?

Actually it runs most stable without ghost trails at 980

thoughts... Its on 906 for now

It will boost framerates but also throw a bit more heat..if you have good cooling take it up to 980 then...I had an old Geforce 3 that could handle wicked overclocking due to good HSF combo.

at 999 or in 3dmark its reads 995 i gained 10 fps :D an improvement, will this hurt it?

I gained 200 points in 3dmark2003

It will hurt it over the long run if you don't have good cooling on the ram chips.
