OC E6600 question?

Does new E6600 can not oc very much when comparing to week 28-30?
Does I understand correctly?
 
Not necessarily but on average, yeah, most e6600 after week 32 or so a poor overclockers...
 
Seriously? So those Intel e6600's that people pick up after the price cuts are speculated to don't get as high in overclocks?

Well I would believe it, Intel appears to be getting smarter as to allow the higher end chips to OC easier instead of $200 dollar chips that used blow $900 dollar ones out of the water even when both are overclocked.

Might be a mobo limitiation. I tried 3 e6600s, all toped out around 3.3ghz, I wanna mod my NB/SB cooling, see how that would help.
 
My L630F E6600 is bleh. It gets into Windows at 3.6, etc.. but I can't get it stable at ANYTHING over 3.33 no matter how much (or little) voltage i through at it. Tried both 8x and 9x multis and tried testing to make sure the board can handle the FSB frequencies i'm trying to run at lower multis...grrs
