what is the best cooling for OCing? im thinking about water, but im not doing anything major
 
if you're new to overclocking and cooling in general...stick with good air to begin with...after you have exhausted your possibilities there...its time to move to water...or maybe even chilled water...then if you really want to go extreme...phase change direct die is the way to go :D

research research research....make sure you know what you are getting into with anything...read reviews, ask questions...
