OC advice wanted

Hello everyone

This is my first DFI board and was very pleased to find it a pain-free installation. This is also my first attempt at overclocking. I will list the components that I have below

Motherboard: Lanparty DK X58-T3eH6
CPU: i7 920 D0 stepping 2.6GHz
Graphic's: Asus EAH 4870x2
RAM: Corsair XMS3 6BG (3x2) 8-8-8-24 1600MHz
Hard Drive: WD Volociraptor 300BG
PSU: Antec 750W

I also have the CPU plus NB watercooled and achieved some great low temps at stock speeds. At idle the CPU goes no higher then 32C. I haven't checked the NB temp yet but will post it later.

I have also flashed the BIOS to the latest version from DFI BIOS download page. I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate as well.

Any advice at OC or a recommendation on an i7 OC guide would be greatly appreciated
