Oblivion question

Im wondering like when your fighting someone and it says that your speed or your intelligence has been damaged if there is a way to get it back to normal because when i look at my stats my intelligence or whatever is lower than what it normally was and is in red instead of green?

when the spell or drain enchantment wears off it will be back to normal.

There is restore spells or potions you can get to fix it also.

If it's just been drained then it will return to normal after the spell wears off. If it's been damaged then you either need to find a restore potion or go to one of the chapels and activate the center altar.

Praying at the altars in the chapels can get rid of those spell/curse effects. So can the little altars that are scattered around Cyrodill.
