If you need a new fan controller, the folks at Neoseeker seem to really like the NZXT Sentry 3. Here's a quote from the full review to get you started:

I have the NZXT controller and love it Channels 1,2,3 control the SP120 HP fans on my RX360 and channels 4,5, & 6 control 3 140mm fans per channel for my MO RA3 420 (9-140mm XSPC rad fans)
