I'm sure this forum has seen this topic more than it wishes to remember. Please don't kill me =(

I was running a gtx 280 and never saw this error once. My card began artifacting and I had to RMA it. I was sent a gtx 285 and now I am getting this error. It happes very frequently while playing SCII and I thought it was just a beta error with SC2 but it also happens, much less frequently, while playing WoW which my old card has run perfectly fine for over a year. Any advice? Do I need to RMA this card as well?

Any overclocking? I notice that overclocking occasionally makes the drivers unstable and cause it to crash.

Nope, no over clocking on my part. It is a BFG GTX 285 OC2, so it is oveclocked by BFG, not by me.
I just tried updating my chipset so they are the latest. That seems to have drastically reduced the problem, but it still occurs. =(
