Trying to google this proves to be a little harder so figured I would ask members here who have these toys.
Looking to finally upgrade my aging 8800GTs to the 4xx possibly 5xx series cards and using Nvidia Surround. I know that Surround makes three monitors look like one to the OS so it stretches it more but what happens when a game can't utilize that feature?
Can you adjust the resolution in game to be say 1920x1200 instead of 5760x1200? If so will it put the game on the left monitor or keep it in the center screen or do you have to disable Surround for games like this?
I'm sure there is a lot of success with games that don't support Surround yet still function just fine but there is also some game that proves to be a pain.
Also I would imagine that this question would be similar if it was an Eyefinity setup instead or can anyone with ATI chime in on that one too.
Thanks!
