Nvidia SLI quiestion

Can I run a evga 7800 GT and a BFG 7800GTX in SLI Mode and if so what driver version do you recommend using. Should the GTX card be in the top PCI-E slot. Thanks, Todd.
 
no can do.. sorry! as things stand, you can only run cards of the same make / model / memory config in SLI together.. I think the eventual hope is that something like what you want to do there would work, but who knows when.. if it gets done at all.

maybe you read that about ATi's multi gpu solution.. CrossFire! it does allow some mis-matched models and memory configs
