I found this on accident when looking for an OCing program for my AMD Athlon XP (seeing if there was another way to OC my processor, other than messing with the Mobo bios). I have a nForce2 Chipset and I can honestly say it has done my PC a little good. It boosted my CPU Clockrate 30Mhz (my CPU is already OCed) which isn't alot but my PC has been a little bit faster. You can also do a quick (it's literally a 1-2 minute test) Benchmark your current settings, run the Performance Optimizer, then run the Benchmark again. If it degraded it, then you can set it back to what it was (It saves your old settings before making new ones).

Oh and it seems this was released only a couple days ago.
